Article Submission Guide
Manuscript Evaluation Process
Manuscripts submitted to the journal are first reviewed by the editors for compliance with the journal’s principles and writing guidelines. Suitable manuscripts are forwarded to the Editorial Board. The Editorial Board examines the content of the manuscript and sends it to at least two referees who are experts in the relevant field, under a double-blind peer review process.
Based on the referee reports, the Editorial Board decides whether the manuscript will be accepted, revised, or rejected. Accepted manuscripts are scheduled for publication by the editors, and the authors are notified accordingly.
